Helloooo, I'm Zoua! I am a certified lash artist and LICENSED nail tech in the Milwaukee area. I've been in the beauty industry doing nails for over 9 years, lashing for the last 6 years. Along with eyelash extensions, I also offer manicures and pedicures. Please refer to the service menu to see the different options for the services offered. I DO NOT accept foreign lash fills. I recommend a removal and a new set applied, or the client must have less than 40% of the previous set on and book a new set. PLEASEEEEE come in with clean lashes!! No MASCARA or eye lash glue!! Any residue left behind will result in poor retention and will significantly increase the cleaning time. This ultimately means you will have a shorter relash time, and you will be responsible for paying for the service booked. Any deposit made will be forfeited, or 50% of service booked will be charged for no shows and cancellations made 48 hours or less of the scheduled appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS!! All Deposits are NONREFUNDABLE!! Clients may only reschedule with Glamour Lash if it is more than 48 hours. Deposits will go toward the service, and the remaining balance is due at the end of the service. If clients are not feeling well, please let me know ASAP, and I will work with you to reschedule an appointment. If clients are 15 minutes late or more, the appointment will be canceled and marked as a now show and charged 50% of the service booked. You may reschedule as long as the 50% percent fee has been paid before your next appointment is booked. If a clients card on file does not work, and I am unable to charge the cancellation/no show fee, the client will no longer be able to book through online booking and future services must be PAID IN FULL the day of booking along with the unpaid fee! There is a 2.6% payment processing fee when paying with a credit/debit card. I also accept other forms of payment such as venmo, cash app, zelle or cash. If you pay cash please have the EXACT amount ready. I typically do not have change. Cancellation Policy
There will be a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
